Welcome to Dynamic Balance

We are here to fill the gap between physical therapy and fitness. Our goal is to help you return to full function. We want to let the world know that a pain-free life is possible and attainable through the educational materials and advisement that we provide.

The philosophies of Dynamic Balance were developed through the personal experience, education, and practice expertise of its founder Mark St. Peter. After more than 40 years in the rehabilitative industry, both as a client and a professional, Mark wants to share his knowledge with the next generation and bring me approaches and ideas to the conversation.

The method

Our approach can be tailored to all physical needs and goals: performance-focused athletes, individuals enduring repetitive stress injuries, anyone suffering from major trauma, or people who simply want to improve their fitness level. We can help you develop a regimen designed  to regain function and improve performance.

We have created our own process that is unique in the industry.  This includes strength training, stretching, and building body awareness. Through this combination of techniques we activate the body’s natural regenerative abilities.
