Intensive Stretching

The second element in the Manual Therapy Triad is stretching. For some it is just a way to manipulate muscles; for some it is a path to spiritual awakening and a gateway to Nirvana. For others it is just a pain-in-the-butt necessity. At Dynamic Balance a great deal of attention is paid to restoring the elasticity of muscle and joint tissues, and stretching is an essential part of this process.
